1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. About Our Service

AGS Enterprises Inc is a Las Vegas based live entertainment and talent booking service. This website provides information about our services and allows you to contact us or submit an inquiry or application.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not create a booking, an engagement, an offer of work, or any obligation on either side. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of availability, pricing, or acceptance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, to submit any form, or to receive messages from us. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Text Message Program

Program description. If you provide your mobile phone number and give your express written consent, AGS Enterprises Inc may send you text messages and place calls to that number about your inquiry, booking, or application, and about our services. These messages and calls may be made using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of consideration for any booking, engagement, or opportunity. You can reach us, and we will respond, without agreeing to receive automated messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to two automated messages per day.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check your plan for details.

How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any message from us. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

You may also revoke your consent by any other reasonable means, including replying in your own words, emailing us at support@agslivetalent.com, or telling us by phone. We will honor a revocation as soon as practicable and in no case later than ten business days after we receive it. Revoking consent stops all further automated calls and texts from us, including messages about unrelated matters.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@agslivetalent.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.

Your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, including someone else’s phone number.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including by scraping, overloading, or introducing malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by AGS Enterprises Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGS Enterprises Inc from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
